This beautiful home, located near the Northwest Cove of Brooklin, Maine is undergoing a complete transformation. Working with designer, Terry Mason of LIFE/HOUSE/HOME Design and builder, Greg Weaver of WEAVER & CO., the project involved sizing several structural members including a ridge beam that was later additionally reinforced with a small steel beam to eliminate a column at the stairwell. Custom door and window headers needed to be designed for the ample natural light provided by large bay windows, giving an unparalleled view of Eggemoggin Reach.
