This project involved a walk-through structural inspection of a private dwelling located in Blue Hill, ME. The client’s home was partially constructed at the time of inspection and a number of structural concerns were observed and reported. The structural inspection report was able to point out to the homeowner and builder the deficiencies and how to remedy them. All structural concerns have since been rectified and the builder is completing the home.
