The Brooklin House on Herrick Bay is one of the most recent additions to the portfolio of Victoria Hamilton-Rivers Design. Throughout 2020 and 2021, the property was renovated with attention given to one of the home's main focal points: the luxurious penthouse suite. The existing space was crowded with rafter ties and the vision was to vault the ceiling using a 22’-0” steel ridge beam. The reaction from this ridge beam had to be creatively supported with a column and custom header placed over the French doors that look out over Herrick Bay.
